One of the most common issues I hear from women in our community is the lack of solid friendships.
I have to confess: I used to feel that way too. I longed for good, solid friendships that would help me on my journey.
But I had to be intentional about them.
That meant I couldn’t simply wish for friends without actually doing the things that allowed me to find my squad.
I had to first realize that part of the reason why I lacked a close friend circle was my fault. I didn’t nurture the relationships I had AND I also was too much of a homebody. I liked my Netflix queue after a long week of work and motherhood and not having to coordinate schedules with someone else who was likely just as tired.
If this sounds familiar to you, I have a solution.
